Downloadable products are non-tangible goods; therefore, we do not issue refunds once the order is processed. We do understand, however, that there can be causes for non-delivery situations that might hinder your receipt of the product. These include download interruptions from your internet provider, e-mailing issues, or difficulty unzipping a product.
If you experience any issue that prevents you from receiving your purchase, contact us within 48 hours so we can provide alternate delivery options.
Send an email to email@example.com with the subject line “DOWNLOAD DIFFICULTY”. In the email, include your name, date of purchase, invoice #, product purchased, and the issue you experienced. We will respond via email with a solution that will fulfill your order.
Call the NICA office at 717-827-6422. If we were unable to answer the phone, please leave your name, phone number, and invoice # and we will return your call with a solution that will fulfill your order.
If you do not properly contact us during the stated 48-hour period, we will construe that you achieved a successful download of the product(s) purchased.
